    Roots vacuum pump has two rotors, which are driven by a pair of synchronous and counter-rotating high-precision gears. The rotors rotate in the pump cavity to complete the suction and exhaust process. The rotor adopts an involute profile, which does not touch each other and maintains a constant gap when rotating. It can be matched with a variety of backing pumps, using air-cooled or water-cooled methods and a variety of sealing forms to meet the requirements of different processes and working conditions.

  • Compared with the traditional blade type Roots pump, it has obvious technical advantages in terms of pumping efficiency, maximum allowable pressure difference, temperature rise, vibration, noise and other key performance indicators.
